Looking at the British Bugs website, we think its Rhopalus Subrufus with its distinctive dark and light bands. Star of many a YouTube movie but this is the least wobbly (47 views, no global sponsors yet).

We’ll keep an eye open for the nymph (bottom right – a photo from British Bugs, not one of ours ).
